Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping options?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases excluding drop-shipped items. Pickups are available Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready to collect. Our collection hub is hosted by Framing Solutions Mount Gambier at 207 Commercial Street West, Mount Gambier, SA 5290. Please be advised Framing Solutions Mount Gambier acts only as a collection point for thephotolab orders. All customer enquiries must be directed to hello@thephotolab.au, the staff at Framing Solutions will not be able to assist with any questions regarding your existing or future orders.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Parcel Post - Australia Post shipping on orders over $100, non-sale items only.

Shipping Fees

We also offer shipping at the following rates:

Standard Shipping - $12.50

Express Shipping - $17.50

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.
