Christmas Closure

We want to thank everyone who have supported us during our early access period this year! We have seen a very successful soft launch fulfilling over 70 orders and receiving over 120 enquiries!
Very soon we are going to start wrapping up for the 2025 season as we take some time off to spend with family and friends.
We have got some big plans as we move into a hard launch in 2026 with many new features & services planned! We are looking forward to helping you create more in 2026!

Check out below our cut off & closure dates for the rest of 2025:

Closure & reopening dates:

Our last day of trading will be 21/12/2025, reopening on the 12/01/2026.
During this time you can still submit online enquiries or place orders using our new ordering platform, however no orders will be fulfilled until our reopening date on 12/01/2026.

Our local collection hub Framing Solutions last day of trading will be 23/12/2025, reopening on 12/01/2026. Customers can still pick-up and drop off existing orders at Framing Solutions while thephotolab is closed.
Framing Solutions will also be trading on Saturday’s from 10am-1pm during the Christmas period.

Cut off dates:

We can guarantee a turnaround before Christmas if your orders are submitted before the following dates:

  • Photo & fine art printing:
    20/12/2025 - (submit to paper availability, please contact us first if you are urgent)

  • Scanning:

    20/12/2025

  • Restoration:

    20/12/2025

  • Film processing:

    15/12/2025
